Your Oak ID is the "name" you use when logging into your University e-mail account. It's also the key to an ever-expanding set of on-line services at Ohio University, from free software downloads to on-line course materials and grades.

For faculty and staff, your Oak ID is a variant of your last name. For students, it's your first and last initials plus a series of numbers. If your Oak account already is active, but you can't remember your Oak ID, simply look yourself up in the University's on-line directory. Your Oak ID will be listed on the "OAK Login ID" line.
