OHIO uses a web-based Spam Quarantine for handling
suspected spam. For instructions on how to use the Spam Quarantine,
click here.
The links below apply only to our older spam filtering service
that delivers suspected spam to a Spam folder on your account. If you have
this feature enabled, it will work in parallel with our
quarantine system; however, because the quarantine will catch the majority
of Spam messages, you most likely will not find many messages in your
Spam folder.
Instructions
- Enable
Filtering on your Oak account.
- Periodically open your Spam
and Virus folders to check and delete their
contents.
